Report of May Month 2017 - Crop of Mentha Oil

Piperita Oil: - Harvesting of Piperita Oil crops has started from almost 15 days. Prices of 1st cut material stabilized due to less production of oil in comparison to last year. Till now not more material comes in the market for exporters. Chances are there that due to less availability of Oil the prices will be maintained at a level US $ 37 to US $ 39 per kgs at farm level. Some chances of price reduction only when full harvesting completed and plenty material available. This year the most challenges is that there is no carry over stock of Piperita Oil. In our opinion prices will be constant in near future.
